DIY HONG KONG TOUR PART 4 : HONG KONG CITY TOUR

July 28, 2012

After spending 2 rainy days in Hong kong, finally! a sunny Saturday touched our face. We really had a good night sleep in our hotel ( well, because of the very long day we spent yesterday. )

Since it was a bit early, we took a short walk across the hotel to see clearly the beauty of the park (Jockey Club Tak Wan Park ) which is the view from our hotel room window. We heard Chinese elders singing so good plus the peaceful surroundings.  It was very soothing to the ears although we can't understand the lyrics. Maybe they were practicing songs of praises and others were also dancing to the beat.

 Okay, so after taking pictures at the park, we headed to the MTR station. Our first city stop was at TSIM SHA TSUI station ( TST ).

Off to Avenue of Stars! Great views of the famous Victoria Harbour! At night, it is a good place to watch the performance of 'A Symphony of Lights'. ( Show starts at around 7pm )

* How to get there:
From Tsuen Wan MTR station alight at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Take the subway and go out from Exit J then follow the signs to Avenue of Stars.

to be continued.... :)

( Heyah!  I'm so sorry for updating this blog so late. It took me months 'coz I got busy with stuff. )

Okay, so we spent few minutes on Avenue of Stars in TST, took pictures of the statues and hand prints of the Famous "Walk of Fame". We really enjoyed the scenery, and the people around us.

We crossed the road and head back to the MTR. Our itinerary said our next stop is MONGKOK!
